1-Is the Profit or loss from F&O activity fall under the Head Income from Business or Profession.
2-How loss can be carry forward to subsequent year in case provision of 44AD Apply. |

| 1. Yes the profit or Loss from F&O activity falls under the head Income from business or Profession as normal business Income.
2. If section 44AD applies then there will be no question of Loss. |
