Company purchase a car of Rs 40 lacs in the name of company but the board of director has approved only 25 lacs now company paid 40 lacs to car company and director transfering the differential value of Rs 15 lacs to companies account (Rs 40 Lacs-Rs 25 Lacs). Whether this transactions attracts GST under RCM/forward charge
